By downloading, installing, or using Tend ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Tend is a contact relationship management app that helps you maintain personal relationships through reminders, suggested messages, and interaction tracking. The app is available for iOS devices.
Tend offers a free tier that includes up to 10 contacts. A premium subscription unlocks unlimited contacts and additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to process refunds directly.

All content, features, and functionality of Tend — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Tend and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Message suggestions generated by Tend's AI feature are provided as-is for your convenience. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying any AI-generated messages before sending them. Tend is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.
Tend is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Tend at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Because your data is stored locally on your device, it will remain accessible to you even if your access to future app updates is revoked.
You may terminate your use of Tend at any time by deleting the app from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it through your App Store settings to avoid future charges.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tend, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
